09/25/2010 - Flag Football
Middlebury P&R and the Middlebury Police Dept. are looking for kids interested in participating in PAL Flag Football. The program will run from mid-September through the end of October with play-off games in November and will be offered in 3 age groups, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, and 13 & 14 years old. Games will most likley be at Mary I Johnson field. There will be a nominal fee determined by the number of participants. If you are interested, please contact the P&R office @ 203.758.2520

8:00 am - 1:00pm and 2:00pm - 4:00 pm

There is a mail slot on the door for after-hours registration deposits

Program registration forms are available on our website or at the Recreation office.
Only completed forms with full payment in the form of cash or check will be accepted.
Registration form with payment must be received in the Recreation office BEFORE program start date.
Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel any program due to lack of participation.  Please register early.

REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds once a program begins, except for medical reason. All refunds are subject to a $10.00 administrative surcharge.
No refunds will be given for Infant/Toddler once you register your child. 

The Parks and Recreation Commission
