Boat Rack Lottery Rules

  • Boat Racks are available for Middlebury Residents only
  • Only one boat rack will be available per family
  • All requests for boat racks must be submitted using the “Boat Rack Lottery Request Form” either in person or by mail to the Parks and Recreation office by Wednesday, May 6, 2009
  • Families are allowed to participate in the lottery of only one type of boat rack
  • The lottery will take place on Friday, May 8, 2009 in the Parks and Recreation Office
  • If you are selected by lottery to rent a boat rack, you will be notified by email and/or by phone within 48 hours of the lottery taking place
  • All boat rack locations will be issued according to lottery placement
  • All boat rack rentals are to be paid in full on or before May 22, 2009
  • Any payments not received by the due date of May 22 will result in loss of boat rack rental and the boat rack space will be issued to the next family chosen from the lottery wait list
  • Anyone receiving a boat rack must have an MRA Pass
