09/25/2010 - Flag Football
Middlebury P&R and the Middlebury Police Dept. are looking for kids interested in participating in PAL Flag Football. The program will run from mid-September through the end of October with play-off games in November and will be offered in 3 age groups, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, and 13 & 14 years old. Games will most likley be at Mary I Johnson field. There will be a nominal fee determined by the number of participants. If you are interested, please contact the P&R office @ 203.758.2520

Eligibility: Town Residents for family events, birthday and anniversary parties, showers
Room:

Kitchen and Auditorium. Fee includes use of tables and chairs.

Fees: SATURDAY -- $225 up to 4 hours $65 each hour thereafter
SUNDAY -- $275 up to 4 hours $70 each hour thereafter
Security Dep. -- $100

MEADOWVIEW PARK PAVILION
Southford Road (behind Police Dept.)


Dates: For rent June 16th thru September 8th.
Eligibility: Town Residents for family social events. Fee includes use of tables and small kitchen area.

$200 Rental with Kitchen
$50 Nonrefundable Deposit
$50 Security Deposit
Middlebury Business
$250 Rental with Kitchen
$75 Nonrefundable Deposit
$100 Security Deposit


All renters must purchase a Liability Insurance for one day. Complete list of insurance requirements and rules can be obtained at the Parks and Recreation office.
Small parties (25 & under) wishing to use pavilion and not kitchen, contact Recreation office. Fee: $45

Details All courts are open sunrise to sunset. Passes to reserve tennis courts at specific times may be obtained at the Recreation office.
