Middlebury P&R and the Middlebury Police Dept. are looking for kids interested in participating in PAL Flag Football. The program will run from mid-September through the end of October with play-off games in November and will be offered in 3 age groups, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, and 13 & 14 years old. Games will most likley be at Mary I Johnson field. There will be a nominal fee determined by the number of participants. If you are interested, please contact the P&R office @ 203.758.2520

Fee: $200, $150 per subsequent siblings
After May 12th a $25 late fee will apply

Pomperaug Youth Softball Fall registration is open through 8/31.U6 to U8 (ages 5 to 8) - 3 clinics held on weekends 9/11 through 9/26 focusing on the fundamentals for throwing, catching and hitting. The cost will be $30 per player, which will include a practice shirt and all 3 sessions.
U10 to U14 (ages 9 to 14) - The season will consist of 10 games played on weekends. The season will begin 9/7 and run through 10/24. The cost will be $65 per player. Shirts and visors will be provided.
Open registration will be held at Southbury Park 'n Rec on Saturday, 8/28 from 10 to 12AM. You can also register via mail.
Try-outs for the 2011 U12 and U14 Spring/Summer travel teams will be held on Sunday, 8/29 from 12 to 2PM at Ballantine Park in Southbury.
