MRA
The MRA as well as all other swimming sites on Lake Quassapaug are safe for swimming.
The MRA is re-opened after extensive testing. A recent outbreak of illness was demonstrated to be unrelated to any water issues.
Ongoing routine testing of the water will continue .

TICKS- Engorged deer ticks can be sent for testing from the Middlebury Health Department. Please bring tick to the office in the lower level of Town Hall; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM.

THE ESSENTIAL PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES OF THE MIDDLEBURY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
- Monitor health status to identify and solve community health problems.
- Diagnose and investigate health problems and health hazards in the community.
